Location: East Village?

I don't care what the real estate types are calling it these days, east of 1st ave along 3rd st is Alphabet City.

Fact: It's not Alphabet City, because it's West of Avenue A. Alphabet City is A (eastward), B, C, D (to the FDR). However, ask anyone who lives in First Houses, they refer to it as the Lower East Side. Only real estate agents, people who just moved here, and those with a financial investment call it the East Village.

It's sad that Wikipedia needs to even mention that this area "was once called the Lower East Side" which is patently false and not representative of the actual population of First Houses. I'd like to see that superfulous entry removed.
