Common names?[edit]

I recently added Marty Kemp to the list and was unclear as to why the list predominately seems to favor listing the spouse by their unmarried name; seeming more of a style preference, than sound npov editing. Where sources show us the common name, shouldn't we use it in turn? I disagree with the current manner of presentation this list seems to use, and ask what others think?
