Two-tier
[edit]This article seems to assume a two-tier form of government, which is not the case with all countries. 203.19.128.226 (talk) 06:23, 9 December 2011 (UTC)
- Maybe it could be mentioned at the start of the article what forms of governance it applies to. Jonpatterns (talk) 13:28, 9 January 2015 (UTC)
Dr. Bird's comment on this article
[edit]Dr. Bird has reviewed this Wikipedia page, and provided us with the following comments to improve its quality:
Not bad. but may not respond very well to what most looking at this article are likely seeking i.e. a clear explanation of what some politician or journalist has just called 'fiscal imbalance.' In other words, a better approach might be a bit longer exposition of the variety of concepts often given this label and a explanation (not that different than that found in this piece) of why and when a better definition of this concept may perhaps be useful in clarifying rather obfuscating the discussion.
We hope Wikipedians on this talk page can take advantage of these comments and improve the quality of the article accordingly.

Chanchal Kumar Sharma
[edit]Why does this article (seem to) rely so heavily upon the thinking of Chanchal Kumar Sharma? Would this article not become a more helpful article with better in-depth development? MaynardClark (talk) 04:36, 30 December 2017 (UTC)
