Significance[edit]

I am reluctant to make any additions to this article, due to a COI. (I'm a member of the Port of Adelaide Branch of the National Trust, which has applied for State heritage listing of the building.)

The owner of the building has recently applied for planning approval to demolish it - here are some refs:
