I am a new Wikipedian in Florida. I am a licensed professional engineer in Florida. I am the District Engineer for Flagler Estates.

My first effort is to work on the Flagler Estates article. I have made several changes to the Flagler Estates Article. Specifically:

1. I deleted reference to Flagler Estates as a City. Flagler Estates is not incorporated under the provisions of Title XII of the Florida Statutes. 2. I changed the caption on the Deep Creek Picture to "Sixteenmile Creek" to reflect the name of the waterbody as shown on the most current USGS maps. Sixteenmile Creek used to be called Deep Creek until 1974, when the original run of the creek was dredged by developers (Florida General Equities) to create Deep Creek. Sixteenmile Creek discharges into Deep Creek just north of the Flagler Estates boundaries. Old timers in the area still call it Deep Creek, but the maps denote it otherwise. 3. I added some changes to the general description of the community. Flagler Estates (the community) has boundaries that are generally concurrent with the Boundaries of Flagler Estates Road and Water Control District, which is a Road and Water Control District organized under Chapter 298, Florida Statutes. The original article referred to portions of the Community lying in Flagler County. As the original article correctly stated, no homes have been built in the Flagler County portion of the District. This portion of the District was been de-annexed in Chapter 2006-358 Laws of Florida and are no longer part of the District. 4. I added comment on the paved road connections to Flagler Estates. 5. I added comment on the geography which is contained in the Flagler Estates Road and Water Control District Public Facilities Plan, which is filed with St. Johns County and with the Department or Community Affairs, Florida.
