Add the other flags!![edit]

Someone needs to create the flag of the army and air defense command for Wikipedia. The flag of the army is the national flag with two crossed swords in the top left (similar to the flag of the old army, which is available on Wikimedia Commons). What should I do?

If the image is non-free then you may need to upload it to Wikipedia (Commons does not allow fair use)
If the image isn't freely licensed and there is no fair use rationale then it cannot be uploaded or used.
