Gilbert's / Gilberts / Gilbert Cove[edit]

I've looked at a few local sources (for example, Digby Municipal Heritage and Gilbert Cove and District Historical Society), and they are all conflicting, using either Gilbert's Cove, Gilberts Cove or Gilbert Cove, sometimes two different spellings on the same page (!).
