Date of capture

Where did the idea come from that he was captured in Narvik in October 1941? By then Norway had been in German hands for almost 18 months. I note that this 'fact' is reported on several other websites thus perpetuating the fallacy. NtheP (talk) 10:09, 1 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Possibly answered my own question on re-reading The Coldditz Story. Reid mentions Romilly arriving in October 1941. So I can only assume someone thought that meant he went staright to Colditz on his capture. NtheP (talk) 10:07, 10 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
