Was Gofraid a grandson of Gudfred?
[edit]It could be that Gofraid was a grandson of King Gudfred of Denmark (d. 810) or himself. We know that Gudfred has a son called Ragnar. This could be the "Ragnall" of the irish annals, and the father of Gofraid. And this Ragnall (d. 852) may be also identical with Ragnar Lodbrok, father of Ivar (Ìmar), Gofraid, Sigfred (d.887) and Halfdan 2A02:8388:E2C1:6900:473:FBBD:FE7D:6019 (talk) 19:29, 4 April 2023 (UTC)
