Hello, I noticed that the information within the history section is not up to date. As of April 21, 2017, Lanxess acquired Chemtura Corporation with a total enterprise value of about $2.57 billion. The Cologne-based specialty chemicals company absorbed some 2,500 Chemtura employees at 20 sites in 11 countries worldwide.
