Disclosure regarding my affiliation with the subject of this entry: I am a practitioner of Insight Dialogue, the meditation practice developed by Gregory Kramer. I also participated in an online course taught by Kramer. I was surprised that there is no Wikipedia page about Kramer, since he is an influential teacher in certain Western Buddhist circles. In creating this article, I communicated with Kramer in order to obtain and check facts and sources for reference. Newspaper references from the 1970s are cuttings from his archives.
