What is the different between TidyClassic and TidyLib?

I know there's dozens of HTML Tidy variants. Will try to cover all of them as well as more details on their features, etc. For now, we are covering GUI and CL based HTML Tidys. That means no bindings yet. Also, CL stands for command line.
