Although the case against Hakan Taştan and Turan Topal is certainly of importance, I tend to believe that it does not deserve a separate page that could be considered the biography of living people. But it is rather written as an article in a newspaper and that is not what articles on living people should be (see the relevant link in the title).
Actually, the incident is covered in Freedom of religion in Turkey (with updated information) and could be mentioned on the page Article 301 (Turkish Penal Code). In that sense this article is not really needed and could be suggested for deletion. Sc.helm (talk) 14:53, 23 November 2009 (UTC)
