Design Allegation Removed
[edit]The following wiki text:
The claim in a previous version of this entry that "the Luling Bridge was designed by Scott Dykers as a part of his graduate thesis at the University of Texas Austin",<ref>Interview with Scott Dykers 2012</ref> has no basis in fact or the public record. Dykers was never an employee of Frankland and Leinhard nor the Louisiana Department of Transportation.<ref name="interview_20121223_jarosz"/>
was removed from Design section because it is article discussion and contains only unverifiable citations. – Conrad T. Pino (talk) 20:48, 5 July 2014 (UTC)
Unverifiable Interview Citation
[edit]In two (2) places the article cites "Interview with E. Stanley Jarosz, 25 December 2012", omitting where the interview was published, which are then used to make significant factual claims (1) James F. Lincoln Arc Welding Foundation award and (2) cable manufacturer selection. I suggest review by a subject matter expert or an experienced editor. – Conrad T. Pino (talk) 21:01, 5 July 2014 (UTC)
