Dubious
[edit]Not to put down Maier's (fine) work, but isn't "he has made significant progress in the study of the twin prime conjecture" a bit much? (Note that no sources are given.) If I understand correctly, Maier has made some contributions to our understanding of conflicting heuristics on gaps between primes - a matter that has *a relation* to the twin prime conjecture.
