Ladies, Gentlemen

A few corrections concerning my « subject” in Wikepedia.

1) The still attached is not mine (man with a beard), it is a picture of another Henri Béhar. I, on the other hand, am Henri Béhar (actually born in Cairo on June 25, 1940 as ‘Henri C. Béhar’ but always went as Henri Béhar) who is, to quote you, “a subtitler, film critic and journalist [at le Monde, Première’ and la Revue du cinema, among other publications] who is best known for his regular participation in the Cannes Film Festival and for his subtitling of many well-known films.”. I am the one with bright white hair (no beard) shown both in colour and in black-and-white and also in the company of Quentin Tarantino and Julie Christie.

2) .Some of the films I subtitled into French (but don’t figure on your list) are

Kill Bill 1 (2003) by Quentin Tarantino Kill Bill 2 (2004) by Quentin Tarantino Grindhouse / Death Proof (2007) by Quentin Tarantino Inglourious Basterds (2009) by Quentin Tarantino Django Unchained (2012) by Quentin Tarantino Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood (2019) by Quentin Tarantino

3) I also co-authored (with Elizabeth Sprigge and Jean-Jacques Kihm) the French version of Jean Cocteau, the Man and the Mirrors (published in 1968 by la Table Ronde Publishers and (with Cari Beauchamp ) Hollywood on the Riviera: the Inside Story of the Cannes Film Festival (published in 1992, and in English, by William Morrow)

Hoping this may help you make the right changes ? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 149.34.245.6 (talk) 17:15, 22 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
