I didn't bookmark the URL, so I don't have it for you to look at right now. It appears that Elliott's daughter Narene was robbed on a cruise in Lake Erie and dumped overboard in either 1940 or 1941. Her body was recovered and buried in Ashtabula. Her husband was never informed of any of this. He was a U.S. Marshal at the time, which may have had something to do with how he came to find out about it. I haven't looked any further, such as if anyone was charged with a crime or crimes in conjunction with the incident. RadioKAOS / Talk to me, Billy / Transmissions 20:51, 16 November 2013 (UTC)[reply]
