Merge with Kinetic energy weapon
[edit]Hi folks,
It seems like the content of this article overlaps quite a bit with that of Kinetic energy weapon and that we might be better off with one well cited article than two of varying qualities. I have no strong preference as to the eventual title of the article except to say that Kinetic energy weapon (and really, KKV and kinetic projectile, both of which redirect to KEW) seem more prominently used terms for the subject than "hit-to-kill", though that may be a misapprehension on my part. For example, Lazy Dog (bomb) links to "kinetic projectile" which redirects to KEW. Kinetic bombardment links to kinetic projectile as well. Rather than change all the links and redirects it makes much more sense to me to combine the two articles into one. Protonk (talk) 17:13, 7 August 2022 (UTC)
- I agree with merging the two, but I'd propose retaining KE weapon as the main topic. fgnievinski (talk) 16:23, 8 August 2022 (UTC)
- That makes sense to me as well. Protonk (talk) 23:02, 8 August 2022 (UTC)
- Absent some other comment I'll try and merge this about a week from now or later. Protonk (talk) 02:51, 22 August 2022 (UTC)
