Removal of the "stopping scrutiny" sentence

I removed a false sentence in the Progress through Parliament section. Nick Clegg invoking the Parliament Act wouldn't have stopped scrutiny - the erstwhile Law Lords stated that the Act's validity was in question if a serious constitutional matter was involved. Indeed, Clegg's statement only provoked furious debate - many links in the article indicate that. Also to be noted is the fact that the sentence had been marked "dubious" for a quite a long time but had never been tended to. HalfdanRagnarsson (talk) 08:11, 29 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
