It seems that there is a lot of history here that is not substantiated or sourced and does little to inform on the current school. I do not want to start an editing war, so I will leave it to a more experienced user to decide what is relevant to keep. Notability established - but not by much

A cursory news archive search for Howe Military School showed enough 3rd party independent sources with non-trivial coverage to indicate this meets WP:GNG, but not necessarily by much.

It's on par with small high schools.

I'm not counting news articles about individual students who are in the news for non-school-related events, alumni, or staff. Some of them have been in the news also but those don't automatically make the school notable.
