Added a brief recap of the May 2014 report on 20/20 regarding car honking

[edit]

This 20/20 was so sui generis that I thought the Hubbard entry would be remiss if Wikipedia didn't give at least an overview of it. After viewing the 20/20 report twice, I STILL don't understand what it really at root in this dispute--specifically, why the fellow who owned the property so resented his eventual neighbor of buying the house when it was in probate--but the story is so unusual that it truly puts Hubbard on the map. Whether or not Hubbardites like that. (And I suspect that, by and large, they don't.)
