The first paragraph claims HKU1 was discovered in 2005 in Hong Kong. Then the end of the article claims that HKU1 was discovered in the western hemisphere in New Haven in 2002. Since 2002 is earlier than 2005, isn't the New Haven discovery the first discovery? Or maybe the New Haven dates are mistaken? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2603:3024:1BD4:4000:40B4:3B5:3B75:F712 (talk) 04:00, 25 January 2020 (UTC)
- It was discovered in 2005 Hong Kong. But the New Haven samples were taken in 2002 and analysed again after the Hong Kong discovery. I corrected the article according to the abstract found in the link. I don't have access to the whole text so there may be more inconsistencies.There-is-life-on-mars (talk) 10:21, 10 February 2020 (UTC)
