[edit]

The Achzarit (אכזרית means cruel girl) is a heavily armored armored personnel carrier/Infantry fighting vehicle manufactured by...

armored armored?

I think we should all be able to agree that 'infantry fighting vehicle/armored personnel carrier' sounds better...--Isis 02:16, 5 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Recommend the reference to Achzarit as an Infantry Fighting Vehicle (IFV) be removed. By definition, Achzarit is not an IFV. It lacks sufficent armament to provide fire support for dismounted infantry, and lacks the capability for infantry to fight from inside the vehicle. Achzarit is a heavily armored APC.--Plumbob78 22:50, 7 July 2006 (UTC)

I agree, and it has been done.--Isis 16:44, 10 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Fair use rationale for Image:Achzarit-1.jpg

In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Engines

[edit]

The power is twice the claimed power of the the engines described (see Detroit Diesel Series 71, Detroit Diesel Series 92). May there be two engines in tandem? Ain92 (talk) 15:45, 6 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
