COI tag[edit]

This is a work that is being in progress. There is no conflict of interest. I am also one of the maintainers of the web page. (vprasad 16:05, 12 July, 2007 (CET)). The DNS name has been bought in Pawelczak name. Therefore, I request Requestion to remove this COI tag.

I added the conflict of interest {{coi}} tag to this article because User:Przemyslaw_Pawelczak created the IEEE P1900 page and is also the owner of the ieeep1900.org domain. (Requestion 18:45, 8 June 2007 (UTC))[reply]

Well that sure sounds like a conflict of interest to me. However, the article tone seems fine, so as long as the COI is disclosed, this should not be a big deal. Standards groups are generally fairly open and subjective, or at least try to be. W Nowicki (talk) 22:03, 6 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hardly "new"[edit]

Looks like it has been gathering dust for a while. Will try to update by figuring out its demise. Ah, there are already articles on IEEE SCC41 and DySPAN which are its new names, so lets merge and move. W Nowicki (talk) 20:57, 6 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
