'Tough Challenge'

[edit]

Why does 'they did the best they could' belong in an encyclopedia? What does it even mean? This article sounds goofy and lacks references.

Proper refences? Proof that the Zulu's recovered faster than other tribes?

50 miles in a day

[edit]

One part of the article states that the soldiers were trained to cover 50 miles in one day. Further down, the article states that this is untrue, and they could probably cover around 25. Which is it? Marksman45 10:30, 13 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Trivia salvaged as legacy

[edit]

I normally would have removed bits like the part about appearing in Civilization, but the song use seemed too non-trivial to just discard. So I renamed the section to 'legacy' but added an unreferenced tag to the section. It will need some work to demonstrate the direct connection with the Zulu warriors rather than just 'there's a popular song with the name Impi'. Recognizance (talk) 19:23, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Article lead

[edit]

The lead of the article gives multiple definitions of impi which could be confusing for readers and could be made redundant by adding the definitions to it's disambiguation page(Impi (disambiguation)) or by adding a section in the article on the multiple meanings of the word instead. Spelling Mistakes

[edit]

This article especially the In Battle section is riddled with spelling mistakes e.g., Ulindi should be Ulundi Edwin Ndaba (talk) 09:54, 19 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
