Not clear how many schools are member of ISASA[edit]

«Present Situation

There are now at least 1290 independent schools in South Africa – »

Does that mean than more than half of them are not part of ISASA («460 independent schools in South Africa, Botswana, Swaziland, Namibia, Angola and Mozambique»)?

If so, it should state it clearly (and one may wonder why so much detail about schools not part ofr ISASA) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.143.217.66 (talk) 04:59, 30 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

"The sector now educates more than 400,000 learners, of which 70% are non-white (58% are African)"[edit]

If this statement wants to say that only 58% of the learners are from Africa, I would doubt the accuracy of it. If, however, the meaning is that of the 400,000 learners, 70% are non-white (58% are black), it should be stated this way. I would assume that almost all of the learners are African, regardless of the colour of their skin.

I am going to change the text accordingly in a couple of weeks if there are no objections. Nostor (talk) 23:51, 17 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
