A few years ago someone sent me this word document on the Capital Avenue project background. Unfortunately, there is no author information listed. I do know the name of the person who sent it and his company at the time, the DLZ engineering firm (this 2005 article states that he was the director of transportation), but there's nothing stating as much within the document itself, and his name does not currently appear on the firm's website, so at this point everything's conjecture. It just seems that with as much information that's there that we could somehow use the document as a source if we could solidify what I stated. (A Google search for key phrases just returns results to the document itself.) Any suggestions? Mapsax (talk) 23:33, 14 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
