I found that in January 2009, most of the existing content on this page was commented out and plagiarized from the official ISOO website. (diff) There was also an extraordinary amount of external links that seemed to be serving the role of the unofficial ISOO publication list. Rather than go through every sentence to see what has been ripped off versus modified since the plagiarism, I have reverted to the article as it existed in January 2009.
