As best as I can tell from the detection report, most of the duplicated words are the names of the law journals themselves and titles (e.g. "Club of Labour Law Journals"), names, or employers (e.g. universities), which I think is unavoidable.

The heading I've labled "Purpose" is probably the biggest remaining area of duplicated text. Please allow me some time to re-word this section so as to not repeat sentences/phrases from the Association's. If, however, it's necessary to delete the article immediately for copyright purposes, please let me know what needs to be changed in order that the article may remain on Wikipedia. If necessary, I am sure that I can obtain copyright permission from the Association.

Again, I understand that the article may need to be deleted, but please give me some idea of what revisions are necessary. De novo nova (talk) 22:27, 6 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

I attempted to change the "Purpose" section to make the language unqiue from the Association's website. De novo nova (talk) 22:41, 6 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

The history section was the main problem from my perspective. You can't avoid copyright problems merely by changing one or two words into synonyms and doing a slight rephrasing. The correct approach would be to start from the sources (not the IALLJ website) and build the information from scratch. But since removing that removed the copyvio problem, I've removed the CSD tag.
