Mention o3B system

[edit]

In the section on infrastructure development, there is no mention of the o3B system currently in development, which is primarily aimed at serving East Africa. Should there not be a link to this, at least? Thanks, Wo. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.80.54.108 (talk) 15:45, 26 November 2010

The statistics appear to be out of date. Could someone update them?
