Merge into GMC Envoy[edit]

I propose this article be merged into GMC Envoy. The Ascender is effectively an Envoy with minor cosmetic modifications sold by Isuzu in low numbers. This article is a stub that barely contains any unique information about the Ascender itself, and it's could easily be covered in the Envoy article since very little about the Ascender is unique from the Envoy.
