Historical and 1904 parties

The article is well-crafted, but not clear enough (or, at least, I don't understand it completely). It should be explained why the party, which was officially founded in 1904, had been informally active since 1877. Article's name

@User:Autospark, User:Nick.mon and everyone who might be concerned about it: the party's official name was Partito Radicale Italiano (Italian Radical Party), not a long one, thus I started to prepare for a move of this article to Italian Radical Party (see Italian Radical Party, under db-move now). --Checco (talk) 15:34, 6 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]
