* A good start, bordering on B Class. Needs copyediting. Mid importance as a native-born of Northern Ireland recipient of the Victoria Cross. --Mal 10:52, 15 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Suggested change to disambiguation

[edit]

I suggest moving this to James Crichton (soldier), as (VC) is generally not how we do these things. Any reasons why that shouldn't be done? Cheers, Peacemaker67 (click to talk to me) 08:16, 15 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

No problem with your suggestion, although I'm not familiar with the move process myself. Cheers, Zawed (talk) 08:50, 15 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Done. It had previously been at that title, but somehow ended up as (VC). This is more NPOV. Cheers mate, Peacemaker67 (click to talk to me) 09:05, 15 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Place of death

[edit]

Is Auckland hospital in Takapuna? (like it says in the article) Eddaido (talk) 08:02, 16 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Have revised, I think the source meant Auckland City Hospital as Takapuna Hospital appears to have been a maternity hospital in the 60s. Will see if I can track down an obit to confirm. Zawed (talk) 12:27, 26 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]
