Text interpretation
[edit]Is there any source for the statement "The lyrics have sometimes been interpreted as describing the relationship between Jesus and Mary Magdalene"? Jesus described as a "snow man", working for Mary's father and running from those who came to capture him? This seems a far-fetched idea to me and I would like to remove this sentence unless there is a reason to keep it. --Asdert (talk) 13:28, 23 June 2008 (UTC)
- No objection? Okay, I remove this sentence. --Asdert (talk) 11:20, 4 July 2008 (UTC)
- In my opinion she has the oak tree Chene Gri repeated a few times, sounding like Marie to someone who does not speak French, the title looking to English speakers like "Jesus the infant son", and Ann Marie (who's name is French for Mary) was wairing a necklace with a cross on it. That may be the original cause of this... The theory appears in the discussion of a recording of the Israeli TV posted on Youtube 11 years ago, and when other people questioned it, no source or explanation was given. (Could of course have originated here with user:Dreamer.se's edit) פשוט pashute ♫ (talk) 23:21, 25 July 2019 (UTC)
