[edit]
  • Specific text to be added or removed: Remove logo from the box on the right. I would have requested to update to the new logo, but that doesn't seem to be allowed by Wiki's terms of use.
  • Reason for the change: The University no longer uses the logo with the merger equation.
  • References supporting change: You can see from events that Jefferson sponsors, such as Dad Vail Regatta (https://www.dadvail.org/) and DesignPhiladelphia (https://designphiladelphia.org/2020-sponsors), as well as on Jefferson's website (https://www.jefferson.edu/), that the equation logo is no longer in use.

Logo changed. It's considered fair use, plus the request came from you. Boredathome101 (talk) 02:12, 23 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Specific text to be added or removed: In the box on the right, update the number of undergraduates to 3,665.
  • Reason for the change: To reflect the current number of undergraduates.
  • References supporting change: The current number is on the U.S. Department of Education's website, which displays the official, federally-reported data for institutions of higher education. (https://nces.ed.gov/collegenavigator/?q=thomas+jefferson+university&s=all&id=216366#enrolmt).

  • Specific text to be added or removed: Update the last sentence in section 1.2; the donation that prompted the renaming of Jefferson Medical College to Sidney Kimmel Medical College was made by the Sidney Kimmel Foundation.
  • Reason for the change: To reflect the actual, official donor.
  • References supporting change: This is discussed in Jefferson's history (https://www.jefferson.edu/content/dam/academic/history/Combined-TJU-PhilaU-History-02152018.pdf > page 1 > paragraph 4): "In 2014, the Sidney Kimmel Foundation bestowed a

$110 million gift to Jefferson – the largest gift in its history – and Jefferson Medical College became Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University." Thomas Jefferson University (talk) 19:58, 20 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]
