Illegal Activity[edit]
Since what the project is doing illegal it should be in the lead.Tannim1 (talk) 11:51, 14 September 2009 (UTC)
i'm considering deleting the whole last paragraph.
it could be considered original content, personal opinion, and the content not sourced can not be considered clearly factual.
i don't think starting the paragraph with "Those who disagree" is not a very high standard for inclusion on wiki.
there are "those that disagree" with evolution. the section in the wiki page addressing those that disagree contains roughly 20 footnotes.
the paragraph contains none.
it may there to illustrate that their is an opposing viewpoint to that of ACLU and there's nothing wrong with that. but my impression is that wiki doesn't include opposing views just for the sake of fairness. those views still have to meet the same standards as the rest.
i don't think this does.
well over a year has gone by. no charges filed.
if this paragraph is allowed to remain maybe i should add one that explains that it's not clear what laws were broken (as stated in the times article in footnote 6.) and that it's not claimed anywhere that showing those photos revealed the actual identity of the people in them. most likely given the ACLU would want to be on legal grounds, the pictures were shown and the defendant simply asks "do you recognize the person in this picture". no one has yet claimed that the actually names and histories of the agents in the photos we revealed to anyone. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Jackhammer111 (talk • contribs) 20:08, 29 October 2010 (UTC)
