'New' equipment
[edit]I watched DT in the "Chaos in Motion" tour and he was using the MusicMan Bongo 5 HS. He only switched to the RBX-JM2, from what I could tell, in songs that needed the higher string (like Overture 1928).

johnmyung.com offline
[edit]Does anyone know what happened and why his page is offline?
In the official DT Board they sounded very serious.
thx
Response
[edit]Apparently he shut it down due to the whole anarchy of the forums. Fair enough, I guess, If he's paying for the bandwidth just so that people posting can revert to a schoolyard level. Somewhere on message board on dreamtheater.net you should be able to find the forum post that explained this.
Vandalism
[edit]Someone vandalised this page. I fixed it. But I didn't get a promo photo. 54UV1K 18:24, 10 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit]Dream theater is NOT a christian band, therefore Myung is not a "Category:Performers of Christian music."

Age Of Impact
[edit]John Myung didn't play on Age Of Impact. He only played on the second Explorers Club album, Raising The Mammoth. 142.177.158.177 (talk) 16:02, 26 August 2009 (UTC)
"Greatest bassist of all time"
[edit]According to the reference provided, he is the 15th greatest bassist of all time. Think the wording should be changed to "one of the greatest bassists of all time". 153.120.208.58 (talk) 23:49, 25 January 2014 (UTC)
