Surname
[edit]Shouldn’t this be Jorge Alvarez Maynez as the paternal surname clearly lists him as Alvarez first????? Borgenland (talk) 07:56, 24 May 2024 (UTC)
- By rights, yes. And that's how it was when he was an unknown. As campaigning's progressed, however, it's become clear he prefers to go by "Máynez": his website, the debates, press coverage, etc. "Máynez" is what they were chanting when the stage collapsed, for example.
