I believe this article was tagged in error and is pretty self explanitory but if not: In the stub article I included her involvement in the Compass Players (all of which have wikipedia articles), her teaching of celebrities John Cusack, Jeremy Piven, and others, and her role as the Artistic Director of Piven Theatre Workshop which of course also has an article. Can you cite some sources so that we can verify this? The association with her husband and the two groups that have articles is a help, but it doesn't guarantee that Joyce Piven meets notability standards. I'll try and find a couple things. Everything found on her stub is compilied from other Wikipedia articles that she's associated with (thus she's listed as a Compass Players alum as shown in Janet Coleman's Something Wonderful Right Away by the way of the article on the Compass Players).--Twintone 16:39, 18 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
