KMW+Nexter Defense Systems → KNDS – Official company name has changed to 'KNDS'. The 'KMW+Nexter' name is no longer used in official communications. A fair argument, although the KNDS abbreviation (instead of the longer KMW+Nexter name) seems to have already been used throughout the article for multiple years. TorreAzzurro (talk) 22:17, 1 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Support Although KMW+Nexter Defense Systems is still in occasional use, KNDS appears to be the WP:COMMONNAME used in media, and the name that will continue to be used going forward. I think this should be a relatively uncontroversial move, as this is a public-facing company rebranding, not changing an obscure official name for a company doing business as something else.
