Article Expansion

[edit]

I wrote the original KQIV article and today expanded it and corrected some information.

Alongside consulting engineer Robert McClanathan, I participated in the design, construction and operation of KQIV as its chief engineer from 1972 to 1974.

I appreciate all of the previous work by the editors who expanded and improved the value of this article. Still being rather new to the editing process, any further contributions will be most appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Millerjoe, Thanks for your effort. I made a few edits which—on balance—removed material. Hopefully you're not discouraged by this.
  • TLA's shouldn't be introduced if they aren't used
  • Decapitalization of conventional words, such as quadraphonic; understandable if you've been subjected to a lot of industry advertising.
  • Detail of the Dorren system ought to be in an article about that; I've intended to trim down to how the system affected KQIV
  • Some details abbreviated, but wikilinked an appropriate article which expands on it
