"The United States spent 77 million dollars building Kagnew Station. In terms of 2006 dollars, Kagnew Station would have cost 495 billion dollars to build." Surely that should be "495 million." —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.26.141.48 (talk) 03:05, 20 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I was just reading the article about Kagnew Station and have just one issue. I was in the U.S. Navy stationed at Naval Communication Station, Asmara, Ethiopia. The U.S. Navy took control of Kagnew station in 1973 until it closure in 1977. I was stationed at Kagnew from 1973 until mid 1974.
