Suspected copyvio[edit]

I suspect that the Hindi is copyright violation so it might be better to ignore it completely. Siuenti (씨유엔티) 22:53, 19 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Siuenti: I've taken the liberty of adding a section title above your comment. f you're not happy with the wording, please alter it as you see fit.
In addition, can you please expand on what you mean? You've probably already noticed that there's no article on Hindi wikipedia about this topic. If this is more than a hunch on your part, or even if it's just a strong hunch, you should still report it, following the procedures outlined at WP:COPYVIO, so the experts can examine it. (I can help, if you've never done that before.) Imho, you should consider this an urgent matter and not delay.
Even if the Hindi text is copied, we can probably keep the article anyway after any copyvio text is removed, because the topic appears notable and as you've probably noticed before you placed your comment, I've been adding some brief English comments that are sourced. Apart from being a string hunch based on feeling/experience, I think it might be http://hpgeneralstudies.blogspot.co.uk/2016/02/blog-post.html Siuenti (씨유엔티) 21:57, 21 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Mathglot and Denisaa: Incidentally, what makes you think I'm not an expert on copyright? The fact that I'm blonde? Siuenti (씨유엔티) 13:09, 25 May 2017 (UTC) @Diannaa:[reply]
@Siuenti: If you've looked at the article lately, you can see that any copyvio issue is moot. Mathglot (talk) 17:09, 25 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
If you suspect copyvio in the future, please add {{copypaste|url=insert URL here, if known}} to the top of the article without delay, feel free to blank the whole article or just portions of it, and notify the copyright folks per the guideline. Thanks, Mathglot (talk) 17:16, 25 May 2017 (UTC)[reply]
