Kentucky Derby Festival miniMarathon and Marathon a top USATF race?[edit]

I have removed an 11-year-old claim for this marathon/minimarathon being a top 50 race as it was never cited. However, the Kentucky Derby Festival website says "The race is currently ranked among the top 100 races by USA Track and Field". The problem is this is the festival making this claim for their own event and I cannot find this USATF list anywhere.
