Image copyright problem with Image:DavidBowieScaryMonstersCover.jpg[edit]

The image Image:DavidBowieScaryMonstersCover.jpg is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check

It seems to me that since the song was originaly written by Tom Verlaine and the only info about the song on the Scary Monsters (and Super Creeps) album page is the fact that it is a cover (the same information being contained on the Tom Verlaine album's page) that it would make the most sense to redirect to the Tom Verlaine Album instead of the Scary Monsters (and Super Creeps) album. At least, that is, for the time being as I am going to try to make a more informative page for the song itself.
