Lead

I have rewritten the lead because I am writing an article on the English Civil War and recent changes to the lead had placed too much emphasise on the modern informal usage. For historical articles it is more useful to have the formal meaning of the term at the start of the article. -- PBS (talk) 11:12, 27 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]
