On the article: As a result, it is currently not receiving any Olympic funding and both its athletes and officials will be banned from Olympic Games and Olympic meetings.
The latter part seems not to be true anymore since there reads in Kuwait at the 2012 Summer Olympics: On 24 May 2012, the International Olympic Committee announced that athletes from Kuwait would compete under the Olympic flag as Independent Olympic Athletes at the 2012 Olympics due to the suspension of the Kuwaiti National Olympic Committee.
