Suggestions and requests

Article could have :

LE-7 spec - to compare with the existing LE-7A spec. (side by side in a 3 column table ?)
History section giving dates etc of the LE-7 and LE-7A development programs
Details on how costs were reduced, and reliability/safety improved - with numbers
more references and citations. The single cited source is now a dead link.
