There is no sense in this sentence: According to this list, it is also the lowest point of Northern Europe and in the European Union (shared with Zuidplaspolder in Netherlands).
I will change "European Union" to "Europe", while that is also true, the list is not separated by continents or regions (as EU). And, you can see from List of places on land with elevations below sea level#Europe, there is no lower point in the non-EU part of Europe. 85.217.23.162 (talk) 03:38, 2 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Lowest point in the EU[edit]

This article claims that the Zuidplaspolder and the Lammefjorden are the cadidates to be the lowest point in Europe, however the Étang de Lavalduc is 10 meters below sea level according to its page. Please resolve. 145.89.11.1 (talk) 09:50, 11 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
