I'm not sure that point 2, "law and policy", is properly part of legal informatics. The gist of the definition in Erdelez and O'Hare is that legal informatics deals with the application to (typo corrected) of informatics to the law, not the application of the law to informatics. I see the two as distinct areas. There are some people who are interested in both, but the two areas really don't have much in common.

Looking at the pages that drop from a Google search on "legal informatics" I find a few pages that imply that information policy is part of legal informatics, but a greater number that do not. The point above seems to no longer be valid given the current content in the law and policy section of the article. The section now discusses the application of informatics in various parts of the legal system that have relevance to policy. Delivery of legal services[edit]

The subsections of "Delivery of legal services", Online legal services and Regulatory barriers to delivery of legal services are about marketing legal services online, not informatics. My inclination is to remove them from this article and, to the extent that it is appropriate, find a more appropriate home for that content in another article.
